Only with us, at the machine-building faculty, for the first time in Belarus, CIS and Europe, a new branch for training of specialists - "Intelligence systems" - has been opened, and within its framework the most advanced, up-to-date, future-oriented specialties : 1-55 01 01 "Intelligent devices, machines and producing operations" and 1-55 01 02 Integral sensor-based systems

Annually, the Intelligence System Department holds students conferences. Students, candidate for a master's degree and post-graduate students of the Intelligent System Department, students from other departments of BSTU and other higher educational institutions are invited to take part in the annual scientific conference of the Intelligence System Department, Machine-Building Faculty, BSTU.

Welcom to The Intelligence Systems Department

The Intelligence Systems Department was founded in 1998 pursuant to order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus No. 193 dated 03.04.1998. Foundation of the department opened new direction in training of specialists: intelligence system engineering.

The department is headed by Professor Vladimir Michaylovich Koleshko, laureate of numerous National and International rewards, doctor of technical sciences, academician of a number of International academies (the USA, England, Spain, Russia and others).

To achieve something in life, it is necessary:

Education at the department

Educational process includes 30 disciplines. Most of practical and laboratory studies take place in the computing center of the machine-building faculty and use up-to-date world developments in information technologies and software products. The access to information resources of the Internet world-wide web is free of charge.

The best graduates continue their training on the Master's degree program on a competitive basis in the following specialties: 1-55 01 01 “Intelligent devices, machines and producing operations” and 1-55 01 02 “Integrated sensor-based systems” and at the postgraduate course in specialty 05.27.06 “Process technology and equipment for production of semiconductors, electronics technology materials and devices”
